The clients required the complete demolition of an outdated, load-bearing partition wall between the kitchen and family room. The project required engineering plans, safe utility lines capping, and the installation of temporary structural shoring.
What We Did?
We secured structural permits, installed temporary support walls, and executed the demolition of the load-bearing wall. We capped and rerouted plumbing, heating vents, and electrical conduits. We then installed a triple-LVL header beam to support the ceiling loads and prepare the space for open-concept drywall and finish carpentry.
